Aims of the programme
- Acquisition of a sound core knowledge base together with that of a selected, specialist area of biomedical science, so as to support understanding of current / future aspects of biomedical and related sciences;
- Development of relevant knowledge / skills in appropriate areas for identification and solution of problems;
- Enhancement of skills in the communication of information and research results;
- Experience of completing a research project that incorporates critical analysis.
