Many charities and voluntary organisations have relied and are still relying on direct funding (cash) and indirect funding (e.g. provision of building, equipment, volunteers) from their sponsors, i.e. government or lottery groups or private companies, which allows them to continue to operate. The economic downturn has impacted these organisations with funding reducing. Traditional revenue streams such as donations, street collections, door knocking and other appeals are reducing.
Our Social Entrepreneur Seminar provides a comprehensive overview of entrepreneurism. This is a highly interactive, practice-driven training class; you will not only learn how to take a more entrepreneurial approach to increasing revenue streams but you will participate in role-plays and small group interactions to help you learn tools and techniques to use back in your organisation.
