Work book containing activities, questions and tasks covering the learning outcomes required for the qualification.What will I study?
This course is theory based and delivered within a classroom environment. During the course you will complete the following units:Unit 1: Communication skills for working in the health sector
Unit 2: People and personal development in the health sector
Unit 3: Health, safety and security in the health sector
Unit 4: Service improvement in the health sector
Unit 5: Maintaining quality standards in the health sector
Unit 6: Equality and diversity in the health sector
What can I go on to study?
The programme supports progression to other courses including the Diploma in Health and Social Care and Level 2 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care. It can also complement other related courses available at the college - please check our prospectuses or online course information for details.Entry requirements
Ideally you will need to be working at a minimum of Level 1 Literacy to enable successful completion of the activities, questions and tasks in the course work book.How much does it cost?
