Retail Skills (Visual Merchandising) Level 3 Extended Diploma

If you already have experience of different aspects of retail but would like to specialise, or perhaps supervise or manage other people or resources, our new Retail Skills (Visual Merchandising) Level 3 programme could be the course for you.

You learn how to use visual merchandising and combine it with other elements such as:
- window displays
- mannequin dressing
- in-store signage

It’s ideal if you have worked in retail and now want to develop specialist skills.

By the end of the course you will understand the key factors in successful visual merchandising.
The training allows you to apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a national occupational level required by employers, thus proving competency in their job role.

Edexcel is the awarding body for the qualification

You need:

- at least 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including some subjects related to the proposed area of study) and/or a completed Level 2 award

- the willingness to study for an additional Level 2 qualification in English and/or maths

Applicants will be invited to attend an interview and complete an initial assessment. All students will have their literacy and numeracy needs supported within the programme.
