This Apprenticeship is aimed at the first line management tier within organisations, and comprises of taught theory sessions and recording of practical competences through an NVQ.
Course content
- NVQ level 3 in Management.
- Level 3 Technical Certificate. Award in First Line Management (Institute of Leadership Management or Institute of Chartered Management)
- Key skill In Application of Number (level 2)
- Key skill in Communication (level 2)
- Employer Responsibilities and Rights

Delivery & Assessment methods
NVQ content is delivered in company and is assessed on work performed. Technical certificate workshops are taught sessions and assignment based. These sessions require day release to college or company training facilities dependant on numbers. Course Length: 12-24 Months.
Progression
Advanced Apprentices can progress to higher education or a professional qualification.
