CIPD Post Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management

This course is a post graduate qualification and is for individuals who want to advance their career in people management and development, who aspire to chartered membership of the CIPD.

This course is awarded in conjunction with Coventry University and the CIPD.

Course content

The qualification involves a substantial commitment to study and will cover key specifics such as how to implement and manage effective people management and development strategies. It also includes matters such as how to exercise greater influence within your organisation, how to demonstrate a wide range of management skills and how to effectively manage and communicate organisational change.

Entry Requirements

Applicants will normally hold an honours degree in a relevant academic discipline or hold the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Delivery & Assessment methods

There will be a range of assessment techniques including coursework, exams and individual/group presentations and workshops

Progression

Successful students can progress on to a masters programme at their chosen institution.
