Course content
This course includes:
- Personal development as a strategic manager
- Strategic performance management
- Conducting a strategic management project
- Financial management
- Strategic marketing
- Organisational direction
The programme concentrates on the practical application of management theory and principles at the strategic level within the organisation, thus providing momentum for continuing professional and personal development. The qualifications consist of six units which all candidates have to take, and three units selected from a further eight units.
Teaching and assessment
Sessions are weekly, starting in September.
Projects and assignments are undertaken to achieve the Diploma.
Entry requirements
You will meet with our staff for an interview. It is anticipated that candidates will be working at an appropriate level to ensure full benefit from their studies.
Additional course costs
The course will cost a total of £1995 for September 2013.

This course begins in September 2013 and runs on Wednesdays from 2.15pm to 7.45pm.
