Advanced Apprenticeship in Retail (Sales Professional or Management)

This is a 15 month programme and all elements must be completed in order to achieve an Advanced Apprenticeship in Retail.

This Apprenticeship is designed for people in the Retail & Wholesale Sector and is suitable for those working as a:

• Team Leader,
• Supervisor,
• Assistant Manager and
• Trainee Manager

Listed below are some of the areas within retail covered within this framework:

• Organising the delivery of reliable customer service

• Working with others to improve customer service

• Organising the receipt and storage of goods

• Maintaining the availability of goods for sale

• Helping to manage a retail team

• Planning, monitoring and adjusting staffing levels and schedules

• Monitoring and supporting security

• Level 3 Diploma in Retail (Sales Professional)

• Level 3 Certificate in Retail Knowledge

• Level 3 Diploma in Retail (Management)

• Level 3 Certificate in Retail Knowledge
