Full TimeThis course is made up of a variety of units and you will
develop skills through a range of activities to enable you to
achieve. You will experience working both solo and in groups in
activities such as crewing, sound, lighting and backstage technical
operations. There will be opportunities to take part in live events
and performances. You will participate in activities and
educational visits to support your studies.
Your learning programme will be made up of a number of qualifications including Essential and Wider Skills.

What qualifications you need
A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A* - D.
Entry in all cases is by interview.

Level 2 Diplomas are valued by employers and the course prepares you for employment in events management and staging or in the wider the Performing Arts Industries. If you want to continue and progress with your studies you can take a Level 3 qualification in a similar subject such as Performing Arts, Technical Theatre.
