Action Learning for Effective Problem Solving

Action learning provides employees with the ability to study their own actions and experiences, together with those of their colleagues, in order to improve performance and creatively solve problems. It works through discussion within the group, allowing members to learn from each other's experience where similar problems have been identified. Each group member will then take responsibility for future actions relating to personal experience.
