You will learn the principles of human resources practice through talks, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises. Throughout the programme you will be encouraged to relate theories and practice to your own organisation and experience both within class and written/practical assignments. You will be required to do study in your own time, 2-6 hours a week. How will I be Assessed? The completion of a programme of written and practical work will assimilate your understanding and test your application of the knowledge and skills you have learnt.
