What is the Course About?

This is a competency based course which leads to a National Vocational Qualification (QCF) in Customer Service. Oxford, Cambridge and Royal Society of Arts (OCR) is the awarding body for this qualification. The flexibility of the scheme allows candidates to demonstrate competence in a variety of environments with evidence to support claims of competence coming from activities in the workplace or volunteer sector.
What Subjects will I study?

To achieve a full Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service you must complete a minimum of 42 credits, made up as follows:

What Subjects will I study?

To achieve a full Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service you must complete a minimum of 42 credits, made up as follows:
Mandatory Units: candidates must achieve 12 credits
Option Units: candidates must achieve 30 credits by completing a minimum of one unit from each optional group, of which a minimum of 10 credits must be achieved at Level 3.

Mandatory Units
F3 Demonstrate understanding of customer service (6 credits)
F4 Demonstrate understanding of the rules that impact on improvements in customer service (6 credits)

Some of the Option Units available are:
A3 Communicate effectively with customers (5 credits)
B2 Deliver reliable customer service (5 credits)
C3 Resolve customer service problems (6 credits)
D1 Develop customer relationships (6 credits)
