Facilities Management Advanced Apprenticeship

What's it all about? This Facilities Management Advanced Apprenticeship is available to school leavers, those aged 16-18 and adults. Facilities Managers are repsonsible for a building when the construction work has been completed. It includes the management and administration of schools, hospitals, offices and sporting venues so that a safe and efficient working environment is provided. They are on hand to esnure a building is working functionally, such as general maintenance and security. What skills and qualities do I need? The ways to meet the needs of customers, colleagues and key stakeholders including problem solving, recruiting staff, organising and delegating work The ways to identify, plan and evaluate the delivery of facilities management services including maintenance, security and utility services The health, safety and environmental responsibilities
