This vocationally related qualification has been designed by City & Guilds for those who wish to further develop culinary skills to meet the needs of local and national employers. Successful completion provides students with the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
This course suitable for people who have studied a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery or N/SVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery, or those who have appropriate employment experience as a Commis Chef or above. This course is not suitable for school leavers.

Students may enter employment as a chef de partie, sous chef or assistant chef.
