Business Administration NVQ Level 2

Course Summary:

These NVQs are designed to reflect the skills and knowledge of people who work in business and administration in a wide range of industries and types of organisation.

Course Details:

The Level 2 qualification is intended for individuals who will be working as part of a team ensuring the provision of information and resources to others, and who will be involved in a broad range of administration activities. To achieve a full Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration, a candidate must complete the 2 mandatory units and an additional 3 optional units at level 2.

Career Progression:

These qualifications have been designed to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding required to enable progression to and from qualifications along the vertical and horizontal planes of the National Qualifications Framework. For example, a candidate achieving NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration may progress to NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration, or may widen their skills into other areas and undertake other work-based qualifications eg an NVQ in Customer Service or Management.
