Trainer Profile

Jean Sutcliffe

Most of my delegates are struggling to cope with increased pressures and demands made upon them. There is always too much to do, not enough hours in the day and everything is urgent.

Many delegates are supportingfour orfive bosses who all have conflicting priorities and want everything now, or yesterday. It can often be difficult to ‘say no’, without feeling guilty or embarrassed.

I will give you the knowledge, skills and tools to help you work more effectively, release the pressure and cope with conflicting demands. You will come away from this course, feeling motivated, positive and certainly more productive.
