Who is this course for?

Individuals who wish to begin their studies of computerised bookkeeping and gain an entry qualification at Level 1 of the National Framework.

What will I do on the course?

Using Sage Line 50 software you will learn to enter and restore data. Be able to record both Customer and Supplier details, invoices and credit notes. You will learn to process both monies paid and received through the bank and correct transaction errors. Completion of bank reconciliations and the production of reports using a selection of criteria and parameters will conclude your learning for this course.

No prior qualifications are required however it is recommended that prospective candidates will already have basic skills in both numeracy and literacy prior to embarking on a course of study for this qualification.

How long does the course last?

One evening per week. Cannock Campus - 18.00 - 21.00 over 10 weeks Tamworth Campus - 18.00 20.00 over 15 weeks

How will I be assessed?

By a summative external examination at the end of the course (duration 1.5). The results will be posted to you within 10 weeks of completion.
