Better still this course is being done in collaboration with Elite Dance studios in Lichfield with delivery at both the college and Elite's facilities. What will I do on the course?
You will learn about the Dance industry and develop a range of skills and disciplines across the various dance disciplines and styles, with an emphasis on ballet, tap and jazz. You will also develop your wider understanding of the performing arts sector as a business, and may even have the opportunity to study towards IDTA & RDA exams. Alongside this, you will also take various dance performances during the duration of your training as well as in collaborative sessions with our Musical Theatre students. The course is made up of a series of units delivered over two years, which includes the opportunity to work on various stage performances and participation in other local events and festivals.- Performance Workshop
