Description
This short course will teach you to cook a variety of dishes and courses. Each week will focus on a particular course (i.e. starter/main/dessert); students will choose the dishes and level of difficulty. You will be asked to bring in your own main ingredients each week (we will provide some basic items such as herbs/seasonings etc). The aim is that at the end of each session you will be able to take home a meal or eat at the college (based on student preferences).
Entry Requirements:
No interview required
No Formal Qualifications Needed. You must be 19 or over.
