This one-day course is designed to offer a broad overview of the philosophy and practice of counselling in workplace settings as well as everyday life situations. This course will offer learners an overview of ethical and professional responsibilities associated with offering ‘counselling skills’ to a range of individuals. It will also provide an opportunity to practice the basic counselling skills necessary to establish good interpersonal communication.
