Gas ACS05 CCN1 Re-assessment Update and Assessment including up to 4 appliances and CPA1 (Special Package)

The ACS courses provide the mandatory qualifications required if you intend to become a gas engineer or the starting point for updating your work qualifications if you are currently working in the industry.

Description

This is fast track updating over two days only, giving referenced theory instruction on new criteria and regulations that have taken place within the past five years including practical training on the use of gas analysers.
This is followed by a further two days for assessment.

How long is the course?

Two days update in the classroom only taking in scheme updates that may have been overlooked by the operative over the last five years.

This is followed by two days assessment.

How will I be assessed?

The scheme comprises of a number of gas-safety related assessments. Each assessment is subdivided into elements that reflect the competence than an individual is required to demonstrate in accordance with the assessment criteria. The assessment(s) require an individual to complete practical and/or written assessments.

100% achievement must be accomplished.

Ø Combustion performance analysis

What does the course lead to?

Upon successful completion of the assessment you will be recommended for certification - this leads to Gas Safe registration.

Residential park homes
Leisure accommodation vehicles
Commercial gas

Entry requirements

Category 1 operatives only with non expired gas certificates only or within one year of expiry.
