How Will I Be Assessed?
Completion of a portfolio of evidence which includes written reports and evidence of your work as an assessor.Entry Requirements
You will already hold a qualification in the subject you will assess and for the Certificate you must be assessing students.Additional Information
There will be 4 workshops of 2-3 hours followed by 1 to 1 tutorials to support with portfolio building and target setting for completion. You must be able to assess at least 2 candidates across 2 separate units.Progression
Following 1 years’ experience as an assessor you may wish to continue onto the Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice. Alternatively trainers or those interested in teaching may choose the BTECCareer Opportunities
