Training for Employment - Introduction to Retail & Customer Service

• Ethical retailing
• CV writing and interview techniques

On completion of the course all students will receive a Certificate of Completion and a Skillsmart Certificate in Retail Works.

The student must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 19+
• Unemployed and in receipt of an out of work related benefit
• Living in Nottinghamshire
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Reading and writing skills
• Willing to learn and committed to work
• The ability to communicate with team and customers
