Training
Participants will learn how to prepare to negotiate in a confident, successful manner that ensures that the relationship is protected. This programme will challenge participant’s current negotiation style and raise awareness of where and how participants can improve their negotiation ability.
It will be of benefit to any participant who has a responsibility for negotiation in their role, either internally or externally.

Manage potential conflict within negotiation
Who should attend Leaders and senior managers within voluntary and community organisations who are managing relationships with individuals (either internally or externally), and who want to develop their negotiation skills to support effective collaborative working.
This training event is part of the CollaborationNI framework commissioned by the Building Change Trust and delivered by a consortium of NICVA, CO3 and Stellar Leadership.
